We are a woman and LGBT-owned company committed to changing the faces of our elected officials and the staff working to elect them. Of our staff, 55% identify as women, 31% identify as BIPOC, and 31% identify as LGBTQ+.

We want to be the change we want to see in the world, starting with our team and clients.  We don’t just talk about our commitment to being anti-racist; we live these values every day. We work with an anti-racism consultant to ensure we’re doing everything we can to serve our clients, each other and the political community at large. When hiring, we partner with Room and non-traditional job sites to ensure we have applicants of all backgrounds and hire with a blind process that has helped us build a staff from all backgrounds, geographic regions, and represent many groups who deserve more power in our country.
