Sophia Casto

Sophia is an advertising strategist at Run the World.

She graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky after studying French, philosophy, and linguistics. She began her political work by canvassing for candidates in Columbia, MO, her hometown. Her political education came from protesting with her parents from a young age. She has continued seeking out experiences in political messaging and advocacy, particularly in Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Before coming to Run the World in 2022, Sophia worked at a small firm  that lobbied on behalf of progressive nonprofits. She lives in Nashville, TN.
