Position Description:

We are seeking an Advertising Intern to support our growing digital team with email and digital ad graphics that will aid in campaign growth. Interns will work with staff to produce various pieces on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in drafting content for paid digital advertisements across social platforms. 
  • Monitor and track advertising analytics across clients.
  • Report weekly and monthly analytics on ad campaigns.
  • Design basic documents, templates, acquisition ads, and other communications for the company and clients.
  • Support advertising strategists with on-going client needs, such as ad creative production, platform maintenance and analytics tracking. 
  • Assist senior management with various projects as needed, such as researching  potential clients, gathering information on upcoming elections, researching polling results, among other tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully work on multiple projects at once, effectively communicating with your manager to discuss and adjust deadlines as needed. 
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Passion to elect progressive candidates to office.

Preferred (But NOT Required) Qualifications:

  • Past experience creating adsor drafting copy for social media.
  • Video and photo editing experience.
  • HTML coding experience.
  • Data entry and analysis experience.
  • Graphic design skills or motion graphics, including the use of any or all of the following programs: 
    • Premier
    • Final Cut Pro
    • Davinci Resolve
    • Adobe Illustrator

Location: 

This is a permanently remote position. Candidates must be able to work from home and feel comfortable frequently engaging with colleagues and partners by phone, video conference, email, and other digital communications tools. 

Compensation:

$15/hour
