Whitney Broadwell is the vice president of the mail division at Run the World.
She is a seasoned fundraising and marketing professional specializing in strategic communications for candidates, non-profits, and progressive leaders.
Born and raised in southeast Texas, Ms. Broadwell graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio. She then built her career working for and with non-profits and political candidates in Washington, DC, for more than 20 years.
From creative visioning and donor-centric message testing to using data-driven results to make strategic decisions that will make campaigns successful and get “the most bang for the buck,” Ms. Broadwell employs tried and true fundraising best practices to build healthy donor files for her clients. She is experienced in overseeing projects from inception through delivery, focusing on quality, cost containment, and timeliness. Her past clients include the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, People for the American Way, Jaime Harrison for Senate, and International Rescue Committee, among others. Ms. Broadwell works to develop sustainable partnerships with staff, vendors, and senior leadership that drive increased donations, productivity, and profitability.
She lives in Greensboro, North Carolina.
