Melanie Buck is the president of the digital division at Run the World.
She has led some of the biggest digital efforts in politics and advocacy including those of the Democratic Governors Association (DGA), AFL-CIO, Amnesty International, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), and the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA). She’s an expert in lead generation, advocacy and fundraising and has led her clients in acquiring over 15 million well-qualified digital supporters and raising over $75 million to win key races up and down the ballot.
Melanie’s background includes serving as Executive Vice President at Anne Lewis Strategies and working in non-profit advocacy at the Sunlight Foundation. An American University alumna, Melanie graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in communications, law, economics, and government and summa cum laude with a master’s in political communication.
